Dr. Brian Wirth, founder of Wirth Chiropractic & Active Living Center in 2010, completed his professional training by earning a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Wirth is a native of Stanley, Wisconsin and now lives in Greenville. He lives with his wife Tabby Wirth and their fur babies. Dr. Wirth loves spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys watching football, exercising, buggy riding in WV, hunting, fishing, and boating.
“I’m a very active person,” says Dr. Wirth. “I remember what it is like to be in pain and sidelined from the activities that I loved. It gives me great pride to help others relieve their pain and regain their health. I feel as if I’m giving them the chance to get into the game again.”
Dr. Saletnik was born and raised in western Massachusetts. He is priviledged to call North Carolina his home where he has been living nearly 20 years. He has been living in Greenville since October 2019.
Dr. Saletnik graduated from Life University. He enjoys spending time with his wife Samatha and their dog Allie. His favorite things to do are hiking, biking traveling, painting, sculpting and cooking.
Dr. David Caldwell joined Wirth Chiropractic in July 2023, after 10 years of practice in Columbus, Ohio. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, and a Masters in Sports Rehabilitation as well as a Doctorate of Chiropractic earned from Logan University in 2012. With a drive to better understand injury recovery, Dr. Caldwell became a Board-Certified Rehabilitation Specialist in 2020. While practicing in multi-disciplinary and rehabilitation centers, he also served in a Governor-appointed advisory role to the Ohio Department of Health for 2 years.
Dr. Caldwell enjoys reading, cheering on his Atlanta Braves, and just about any excuse to be outside in nature. He also trains for triathlons and has finished multiple 70.3 Ironman races, something he would not have thought possible before his chiropractic and rehabilitation education. According to Dr. Caldwell, “When the body is in balance, it can do amazing things!”
Dr. Hannah Bressler joined Wirth Chiropractic November 29, 2021. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016 and in August of 2020, she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University.
She loves helping patients get back to their best. Her practice specialties include spinal manipulative therapy, McKenzie Diagnostic therapy, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and dry needling.
Dr. Bressler is a native of Curwensville, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Greenville. During her free times she enjoys reading a good book, cooking, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Kevin Reames originally joined the practice as a chiropractic assistant and x-ray technologist in 2018. He received two undergraduate degrees from East Carolina University, a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance in 2015, and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry in 2017. He pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Campus in Port Orange, FL, where he graduated with honors in June 2023.
Dr. Reames utilizes manual and instrument assisted spinal and extremity manipulations, as well as soft tissue mobilizations, Flexion-Distraction, Webster, and Dry Needling techniques. Kevin was born and raised in Charlotte, NC, but now calls Greenville, NC home. He enjoys spending time with his dog, Beau, and cat, Lionel, as well as his family and friends. He is an avid cook and foodie, always eager to try new local restaurants. He loves to sing in his church choir, fish, and travel.
Dr. Brooke Ramirez joined Wirth Chiropractic in September of 2019 as a chiropractic assistant. She is originally from Kingston, Massachusetts, and first moved to Greenville to attend East Carolina University. After graduating with her Bachelor of Science in neuroscience and psychology in 2018, she attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL where she was awarded her Doctorate of Chiropractic in June of 2024.
With a focus on treating moms and babies, Dr. Ramirez is Webster Certified through the ICPA and enjoys treating every member of the family. She helps her patients feel their best through each phase of their life by utilizing techniques such as spinal manipulative therapy, Cox Flexion-Distraction, Activator, and others.
Dr. Ramirez loves to travel and spend time with her family. You can often find her cheering on the pirates at a baseball or football game or reading a book at the beach!
With her infectious, “let’s put a smile on people’s faces” attitude, Tabatha Wirth has been an important fixture at Wirth Chiropractic since 2012.
She received her Health Management Technology degree in 2012 from Pitt Community College. In addition, she received her Chiropractic Assistant and X-ray Technology certificate from the North Carolina Chiropractic Association.
A native of Greenville, she married Dr. Brian Wirth in June of 2017. She loves spending time with their fur babies. If Tabatha is not with her family you will find her at the beach or the mountains, riding her SXS in West Virginia, or just being a home body grilling out and hanging out in the country.
Taylor has been a member of the Wirth Family since January, 2018! She loves holistic care and treatments. She fell in love with chiropractic care and all that it offered for every season she’s been in. From maintenance routine care, to pregnancy and having 2 kids, to how chiropractic care has helped her after her auto collision. She is a fierce advocate for our patients and the care that comes with each stage. Whether it’s watching them come into our office in pain and not standing to walking in one day standing straight up rejoicing. To helping our patients navigate through an auto accident and all the steps to take, her strong personality shows you her passion for our office and our patients. She is A native of Winston Salem, NC and moved to Greenville for college and never left. She and her husband Chris met in Greenville and now reside in Ayden with their two children. Taylor enjoys spending time with her family & friends, going to the beach, a good coffee shop and trips to Target with her kids for cake pops and coffee!
Vandetta joined the staff as a Chiropractic Assistant in 2017. She is a graduate of Pitt Community College and also received Yoga Training at Purple Blossom.
A native of Asheboro, she now resides in Winterville with her 2 beloved pet dogs, Daphne and Bowie.
An avid reader, she loves hanging out with friends and family, kayaking and practicing yoga.
Like Phoebe from Friends, Vandetta believes in “He’s her lobster”!
Emma joined the staff at Wirth Chiropractic in June of 2020. Originally from Cary, Emma has lived in Greenville for the past 6 years. She is a graduate of East Carolina University, where she received a B.S. in Biology.
Emma has also become certified as a Chiropractic Assistant and Radiologic Technician during her time with the office.
In her free time Emma enjoys reading and finding new plants to add to her collection (fun succulents are her fave). She also loves to spend time with her cat Nico and all of the Wirth babies! One of Emma’s favorite places to travel is to Beaufort, NC to spend time with her family and friends.
